Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Proficiency in building telemetry or observability as part of the development process. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical decisions across the organization. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with developing accessible technologies.
