Application Support Developer

Required Skills and Qualifications Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or .NET. Database Knowledge: Strong SQL skills for querying, debugging, and managing databases. Technical Platforms: Experience with Windows, UNIX/Solaris, and IIS. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on root cause analysis. Experience: Previous experience in application support or software development. Soft Skills: Excellent communication for stakeholder management, and the ability to work in Agile, ITIL-driven environments. Common Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, specific cloud or programming certifications) are often preferred.

Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland only: the annual salary range for this position is 75,000-100,000 PLN gross - and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional incentive with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
