About the role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline). Proven experience in calibration, metrology, automation, or laboratory instrumentation management. Strong knowledge of measurement instruments, metrology principles, and measurement uncertainty. Experience with automated test systems and equipment used in testing and certification laboratories. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma). Experience in project management and working collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams. Ability to coach and provide technical support to colleagues and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and a collaborative team-working approach. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and make effective decisions, even in complex situations. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
What we offer
We understand that remuneration and benefits are important when deciding on your next career move. The annual salary range for this position in Italy is EUR 38,100 - 50,800 gross, determined by numerous factors, including knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also offers an annual bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
