Computer Aided Design Design Engineer

Job Title : Engineer – CAD + Model Department : Manufacturing Engineering Experience : 2 to 4 yrs. Qualification : DME / BE. Mechanical Working Location : Chakan, Pune Key Responsibilities: Prepare 3D models as per project requirements. Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations. Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures. Support additional engineering activities as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks , preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting . Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) . Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC). Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes . Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal). Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
