Key Result Areas KRA1 Key Accountability : 100 % availability of critical spare of Coal Mill & Kiln Enhancing the reliability of Coal Mill Periodic Maintenance of equipment's ensuring zero breakdown. KRA2 Strategic Projects: Reduction in false air % in line 1 pyro system. Model area Development in coal mill section Benchmarking the performance of Coal Mill output with other units Based on analysis suggesting method & ways to enhance the performance of coal mill Development of two contractor employee as a skill fitter KRA3 Cost Reduction: Modification in Coal mill section which lead to cost reduction. Power Cost Reduction ways & measures to be adopted. Proper planning during shutdown to decrease the inventory cost. KRA4 Safety & WCM: To ensure safety to men & equipment by implementing all safety standards and by conducting CFSA audits, conducting safety observations To Implement and WCM work procedures
