Position Title: Staff Civil - (Colony) Location: Rawan Cement Works IU - Township Location Cadre: S4/S5 Designation: Junior Engineer/ Assistant Engineer Qualification Requirement Specification: Civil Engineer / Diploma – Railway Experience In Years 7–10 years Required Skills Experience in Railway Track Maintenance with Government Compliance Job Description Of Position Incumbent Railway track maintenance from plant to ASM4 and supervision of railway maintenance manpower. Government compliances related to railway. Responsible for clinker/cement dispatch through railway track with 100% availability for rake movement. Maintain inventory related to railway track maintenance. Supervision of plant roads housekeeping with manpower, sweeping machine, and tractors. Supervision and hiring of cherry picker, JCB, water tanker, and tractors. Pre-clinkerisation, post-clinkerisation, and railway area drains cleaning work during monsoon. Rolling shutter maintenance work in plant/colony/mines. Coordination, communication, and help provided to other departments during shutdown. Miscellaneous civil work in plant areas.
