Roles: 1) Preventive Maintenance. 2) Trouble-Shooting of Various Instrumentation problems. 3) Innovation and Improvement Jobs. 4) Spares Management/Planning of daily jobs. 5) Ensure the Safety compliances during Jobs. 1) Reduction in Power consumption Continual improvement / modification / kaizens and monitoring of Operation. 2) Optimum productivity Carryout effective maintenance. 3) Reduction of S&S consumption Focus on Predictive and PM activities to reduce the S&S. 4) Environment & safety: Monitor & carryout all the activities required to maintain good housekeeping and safety standards of section Promote best practices in safety, hygiene and Environmental Management. Ensure implementation of safety procedure and corrective actions on audit points as per UTCL Safety Standards/Guidelines. Attend training for creating safety/environment awareness.
