Job Description Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Delhi Work Mode: Remote Experience Required: 1014 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds, 30034 Shift Timing: 2:00 PM IST 10:30 PM IST About The Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead / Technical Architect with strong expertise in GoLang and React.js/Next.js to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development experience across modern backend, frontend, cloud, and distributed systems technologies. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications. - Design and develop scalable microservices and REST-based APIs. - Build robust backend services using GoLang. - Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and/or Next.js. - Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies. - Ensure application scalability, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance. - Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and development best practices. - Mentor engineering teams and guide solution delivery. - Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Must-Have Skills Backend Development - 10+ years of overall software development experience. - 8+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang development. - Strong expertise in designing and building scalable backend services. - Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices-based applications. Frontend Development - Strong experience with: - React.js - Next.js - Experience building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. Cloud & Dev Ops - Hands-on experience with: - Docker - Kubernetes - Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: - AWS - Azure - GCP Architecture & System Design - Strong understanding of: - System Design - Distributed Systems - Scalability Patterns - Fault Tolerance - Enterprise Application Architecture - Proven experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications. - Ability to work as a Lead Developer or Technical Architect and drive end-to-end solution delivery. Database Technologies - Experience with both: - SQL Databases - NoSQL Databases - Knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and optimization. Leadership & Communication - Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
