Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst (Developer III),021 Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Kochi / Trivandrum / Gurgaon / Noida / Hyderabad / Pune Experience Range: 5–7 years Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office) Notice Period: 0–15 days (mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, solution design, and functional implementation for complex Salesforce CPQ programs. The role requires strong functional expertise in Salesforce CPQ, hands-on configuration for prototyping, and the ability to manage end-to-end stakeholder interactions in global, multi-vendor environments. Experience Requirements Total IT Experience: Minimum 5 years Salesforce Experience: Minimum 4 years Salesforce CPQ Experience: 2–3 end-to-end CPQ implementations Must-Have Skills Salesforce CPQ Expertise Product Features and Bundles Product Rules and Price Rules Quote Templates Solution Design and Requirement Analysis Hands-on CPQ configuration for prototyping Salesforce CPQ Implementations Minimum 2–3 full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ projects Business Analysis & Documentation Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) Gap Analysis and Use Cases Solution Design / Technical Design Documentation Stakeholder Management Experience working with US/UK stakeholders End-to-end engagement with business users across multiple geographies Communication & Leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience facilitating whiteboarding sessions and design workshops Certifications Mandatory: Salesforce CPQ Specialist Preferred: Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Platform App Builder Advanced Administrator Good-to-Have Skills Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce Ability to create prototype configurations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) Experience working in multi-vendor or multi-company environments Role Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Create and maintain detailed functional documentation Lead Salesforce CPQ solution design and prototype configurations Conduct design workshops and user walkthroughs Coordinate with offshore configuration, development, and QA teams Act as a liaison between business and technical teams Ensure timely resolution of issues and clarity of requirements Additional Information Interview Process: 2 Technical Rounds + 1 Client/Stakeholder Round Job Stability: Mandatory Skills: sales cloud consultant,platform app builder,advanced administrator,salesforce cpq specialist,service cloud consultant,apex
