SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions across various business processes. Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Create and optimize programs using ABAP 7.4 syntax and best practices. Design, develop, and troubleshoot SAP Workflow solutions. Develop and maintain SAP Web Dynpro applications. Configure, develop, and support ALE/IDoc interfaces, including mapping and troubleshooting. Build and enhance applications using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) for SAP S/4HANA. Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and technical documentation. Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver project requirements. Participate in system integrations and support SAP BTP-related development and integration activities. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Programming. Extensive experience in RICEF Development. Proficiency in ABAP 7.4 Syntax and modern ABAP development practices. Expertise in SAP Workflow Design, Development, and Implementation. Hands-on experience with SAP Web Dynpro Applications. Strong knowledge of ALE/IDoc Configuration, Development, Mapping, and Troubleshooting. Experience with RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) for SAP S/4HANA. Experience working on SBTPAP BTP Integration topics. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Functional and technical knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM). Understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, and FI. Experience with SAP development tools and enhancement frameworks. Exposure to SAP integration and cloud technologies. Experience working in global delivery environments and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA projects. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
