Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering

Role & responsibilities Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering with strong expertise in: SaaS Product Architecture Multi-Tenant Systems AWS Cloud Infrastructure Python / Django Backend MongoDB / NoSQL Databases AI / LLM Integration Scalable API & Distributed Systems This role requires both technical depth and team leadership capability. Key Responsibilities 1. SaaS Architecture & System Design Design and scale multi-tenant SaaS architecture Optimize system for high concurrency (100K+ simultaneous conversations) Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability 2. Backend Engineering Lead Python/Django backend development Build and optimize REST APIs Improve database architecture (MongoDB) 3. Cloud & DevOps Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, ELB, S3, RDS, VPC) Improve CI/CD pipelines Implement logging, monitoring, and observability Ensure security best practices (ISO 27001, GDPR compliant) 4. AI & Data Systems Work on GPT/LLM-based orchestration Optimize intent analysis pipelines Build scalable analytics layers Handle large-scale data ingestion (incremental & batch) 5.
