Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas) Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems preferred (Darwinbox) SQL knowledge for HR data extraction (Preferred) Experience with Power BI/Tableau for HR analytics (Preferred) Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and workforce planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets Preferred Experience: Prior experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, or HR Operations Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms Familiarity with automation tools
