Sr. Odoo Developer

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand functional requirements. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Odoo. Development: Design, develop, and customize Odoo applications and modules based on business requirements. Write efficient, reusable, and testable code. Integrate and maintain third-party modules and extensions. Database Management: Manage and optimize the Odoo database. Develop and maintain data migration scripts. Integration: Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications as needed. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Odoo and other business software. Testing: Conduct unit testing and integration testing of Odoo modules. Identify and fix bugs and issues in a timely manner. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations. Document code changes and version updates. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive ERP solutions. Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members. Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner. Stay Updated: Stay current with Odoo updates, new features, and best practices. Continuously enhance knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies. Skills Proven experience as an Odoo Developer Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Proficiency in Python programming language Experience with the Odoo framework and customization. Knowledge of database management, particularly PostgreSQL Certification in Odoo development is a plus
