We are hiring an L2 Techno-Functional Support Engineer for a leading banking technology organization. The role involves providing production support for Newgen Document Management System (DMS) applications deployed in a large BFSI environment. IT / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA (Computer Science / Information Technology) Type of Resource - Techno-Functional L1/L2 - L1/L2 Techno-Functional Support Mandatory / Primary Skills & Technologies - Hands-on experience in Newgen Product Suite (iBPS, OmniApps, OmniDocs, OmniScan 5.0, Classificator, BAM), SQL, PL/SQL, Core Java Project - Enterprise Banking DMS Support Project Allocation - 100% Dedicated Banking Project Brief of the Role Document Management System / Newgen Product Suite (iBPS-Omniapp, OmniDocs ,OmniScan, BAM,Clasificator) Techno Functional Support. Troubleshooting of day to day issues in DMS, Testing & Implementing bug fixes .Coordination with business and all other stake holders to develop the changes/customization in the business rules like changing values for already configured parameter, New schemes of existing product including JSP files, JAR files, Procedures etc. as per the business requirement. Create new reports/ Resolve reports related Issues in BAM. Coordinate with business vertical/bank , Internal teams (such as Infra,Security, core team), outsource data entry vendors on occurrence of any issues as well as to deploy any CRs in UAT/production environments. Strong analytical knowledge to find out the gaps/ RCA of any issues. Job Responsibilities DMS SBAO Application Techno Functional Support (L2 Technical Support to Branches, RPUs) . Troubleshooting of day to day issues in DMS, Testing & Implementing bug fixes. Deploy any CRs in UAT/production environments. Coordination with Infra team for VA patching , OS and DB patching etc. .
