Senior UI / UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at UniAcco, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing user experiences on our website and mobile applications. Your creative mindset and attention to detail will be instrumental in translating user needs and business objectives into functional and visually appealing digital interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design efforts for web and mobile platforms, including iOS, Android, and responsive web. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights that drive design decisions. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design solutions. - Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system across all products. - Optimize designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in UI/UX, interaction design, and visual storytelling. Qualifications Required: - 46 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in tech or product companies. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. - Experience working in Agile teams. - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and polished UI. - Experience in EdTech, travel, or marketplace platforms. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for effective design-developer collaboration. - Ability to create motion/animation designs using tools like After Effects or Lottie.
