Job Description ServiceNow Lead / ServiceNow Architect Job Title: ServiceNow Lead / ServiceNow Architect Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable Based on Project Requirements) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead / ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, solution architecture, and platform customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, CMDB, Discovery, and Agile methodologies. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution design, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end implementation experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and architecture of ServiceNow solutions. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow applications. Drive solution architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders. Implement and customize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules. Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer. Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and APIs. Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. Design and implement update set strategies across multiple ServiceNow instances. Support release management, deployments, testing, and production migrations. Mentor development teams and establish ServiceNow best practices. Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
