TAP Functional Consultant

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional application and banking support in one or more banking areas throughout all functional stages of Temenos products implementation projects. Your role involves the following key responsibilities and skills: - Understanding the scope and business objectives of the Project and critical success factors of the implementation Project. - Identifying gaps and proposing most appropriate solutions, given Project constraints around scope, timeline, and cost. - Assisting the Client with the preparation of the Business Requirement Documents and managing input provided by other Project stream members to complete the configuration of the solution. - Taking ultimate responsibility for all specifications, build and test issues related to the applicable business area and completion of Project functional deliverables. - Providing regular updates to the Project Manager on Project work progress, open issues, etc. for the particular scope. - Collaborating with other Business Consultants to resolve cross-functional issues and liaising with the Temenos product development and support teams to ensure issues are understood and resolved. - Providing inputs to Project Manager on any change requests, risk log, issue log, etc. that may impact the Project. As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Project team and will provide technical advice and support throughout each stage of implementation. Your responsibilities and skills will include: - Understanding the scope and technical requirements of the Project and the critical success factors of the implementation Project. - Working on the build of the target Solution architecture and carrying out specific technical tasks to complete the technical design of the solution. - Configuring Temenos products or interfaces with the products according to the definitions supplied. - Analyzing and designing client Integration Requirements, ensuring delivery and quality of the client's integration requirement documents produced for sign off. - Undertaking support activities for any additional application customization and enhancement (L3) performed by the client under the services contract, if in the scope of the implementation. - Installing custom enhancements, validating technical setup, and conducting necessary testing to ensure user acceptance and global quality of the solution delivered. - Contributing to the planning process of the Project, providing activity estimates, and liaising with the Temenos product development and support teams to ensure technical issues are understood and resolved. - Advising on the design and administration of the Project and production environments. - Providing regular updates and feedback to the Project Manager and/or Lead Technical Architect on related tasks and deliverables.
