Support Engineer 1 (Telangana)

Role & responsibilities - 24/7 shift support for production systems, including bank support. - Monitoring and response management. - Incident management, including ticket logging, classification, and prioritization - End-to-end Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Proactive health checks and remediation for applications and infrastructure. - Following defined SOP and escalation matrix. - Analysing transaction and application logs. - Monitoring application server memory and hard disk status. - Communicating issues found in the settlement process. - Issue reporting. - Coordinating with respective teams for DR drills, patching, certificate changes, and network change activities. - System Monitoring. - Online application monitoring and reporting. - Back-office settlement verification and reporting.
