Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Skill in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects throughout their lifecycle, ability to prioritize defects based on severity and impact on the software. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving: Analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
