About the role
Candidate is expected to work in the laboratory pilot plant to carry out on the bench experiments demonstrate technical performance of product prototypes. He/She will work with team to develop new products or to enhance performance of existing products related to Hard surface cleaning formulations in Cif across different formats. He/She will lead specific aspects of the project interact with cross functional team members (SEAC, Regulatory, Patents, Processing, Regional RD, Brand, ST teams). He/She will work with team to build capability in the identified areas. Candidate is expected to use appropriate literature / patent / competition / supplier searches related to the projects. He/She will leverage digital tools to minimize experiments, maximize output speed up program delivery Skills and experience We are looking for a person with right attitude and competencies. Candidates with two to three years of experience in product development is preferred. Education: Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry/ Material Science with First class Background/Experience: Strong fundamentals in chemical engineering /or Chemistry, proficient with digital tools and data analysis Technical skills: Good understanding on surfactant and interfacial science, formulation design development Soft skills: Teamwork, multi-tasking, good communication, presentation and writing skills, Creative, Should have ability to analyze data and present data to internal team and stakeholders Digital: Should be proficient in word, excel, power point and should have apt to learn new Unilever digital tools (PLM, PHAROS, ELN, LIMS) Leadership Behaviours Personal Mastery Agility Passion for high performance
