Role Overview: As the IT Performance Analyst for Digital Products at Unilode, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of the company's digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze Digital Product Performance: - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Unilode's digital solutions. - Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through performance analysis. - Work with technical teams to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues. - Monitor and maintain the health of the IoT data collection network. - Develop and Maintain Performance Dashboards: - Design and manage real-time dashboards for product and service performance tracking. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools and platforms. - Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance product efficiency. - Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives: - Recommend improvements to product design, infrastructure, and service delivery based on analysis. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance system reliability and performance. - Assist in defining performance benchmarks and best practices for Unilode's digital products. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT performance analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. - Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Experience with SQL, data analysis, and KPI reporting. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
