About the role
to provide technical support for PCs and network systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware components, troubleshooting, and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including PCs, printers, and networking devices. Provide technical support for hardware issues and perform troubleshooting as needed. Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor and optimize hardware performance and ensure system security. Maintain documentation related to hardware inventory and support requests. Collaborate with IT staff to implement hardware upgrades and improvements. Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and network systems. Previous experience in a hardware support role preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills to assist end-users effectively.
