Safety Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Safety Engineer to join our team at Uniqcore Constructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering and construction management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safe working practices. Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees. Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend improvements. Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in safety engineering, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
