About the role
As an IT Admin in a Manufacturing Setup in Gurgaon with 8-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end digital transformation for a fast-growing manufacturing organization. Your expertise in ERP systems, manufacturing IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, plant operations technology, and IT governance will be essential for enabling technology-driven operational excellence across plants and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive SAP B1 stabilization, optimization, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. - Lead digital transformation projects in HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Business Functions. - Build and manage business dashboards, MIS reporting systems, and process automation initiatives. - Enable OT-IT integration for real-time plant visibility, operational tracking, and production insights. - Manage IT infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity, and IT governance frameworks. - Ensure smooth functioning of ERP systems and enterprise applications across locations. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology gaps and implement scalable solutions. - Drive process improvement, automation, and technology adoption across manufacturing operations. - Manage vendor relationships, software implementations, and IT support functions. - Ensure data security, compliance, system reliability, and disaster recovery planning. - Support business leadership with technology-driven decision-making and operational visibility. - Travel to manufacturing plants for on-ground implementation, troubleshooting, and execution support.
