About the role
Job description Unistanz Software Pvt Ltd is hiring Software Testers with strong expertise in Life Asia or Ingenium systems and hands-on exposure to Day 1 process, New Business or/& Day 2 Process. The role requires proficiency in insurance product calculations such as premium, policy issuance, paid up, major revival, surrender value, bonus, maturity, and death benefit, ensuring accurate validation during UAT testing and defect management. Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days. Location: Borivali East and Client location: Across Mumbai Interested candidates with experience in Life Asia and Ingenium can apply directly at hr@unistanz.com Mandatory Skills: Experience: 2 to 4 years in Life Insurance System/Application: Life Asia/ IngeniumDomain Knowledge: Life Insurance (Policy Servicing, Issuance, New Business workflows) Testing Expertise: UAT Testing (Value Testing)Test case design, execution, and defect closureExposure to Day 1 or/ & Day 2 and New Business processes Validation Maker and Checker of insurance calculations (premium, surrender, bonus, maturity, death benefit)Will be involved in entire journey in Life Asia/ Ingenuim and can manage calculations in all transactions involved in Life Insurance. Have experience and knowledge in Annuity & ULIP calculations. Should be aware of Waiting / Locking periods for various insurance transactions. Responsibilities: Execute UAT scenarios for Life Asia/ Ingenium applications.Involved in Day 1 and Day 2 processPerform calculation checks for premium, surrender value, paid up, major revival, bonus, maturity, and death benefit.Collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders for defect-free delivery.Prepare test documentation, traceability matrices, and compliance reports.Support production defect analysis and closure. Requirements & Skills: 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing in Life Insurance domainMinimum 1 year experience in Life Asia/ Ingenium application Involved in Value Testing(UAT) with calculations for all transactions Day1 or Day 2 processIn-depth knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail. .
