Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager

What success looks like in this role:

1. Salesforce Technical Skills Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform Experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL and SOSL Salesforce Flows Approval Processes Validation Rules Custom Objects and Fields Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) Integration with external systems Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) Git version control CI/CD pipelines Packaging and deployment strategies
2. Salesforce Clouds Knowledge of multiple Salesforce products, such as: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud (preferred) CPQ (preferred) Field Service Data Cloud (increasingly valuable)

You will be successful in this role if you have

• Computer Science degree and 12-20 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 4-6 years’ leadership experience
