Sr Analyst - Tech Ops Business Intelligence

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Analyst at United Airlines Business Services Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc. Your main responsibility will be to enable better decision-making across GX-FX by working on huge volumes of data from various systems. You will be involved in analysis projects, building predictive operational models, and designing meaningful metrics to inform operational investment decisions. Your role will also include automating existing manual reports and processes to improve operational throughput. Key Responsibilities: - Work on huge volumes of data from GX-FX team's various systems to drive decision-making - Own a set of analysis projects with deliverables to senior departmental and company leadership - Build predictive operational models and analyze results for dissemination of insights - Design meaningful metrics indicating operational health and inform operational investment decisions - Utilize analytical dashboards, automated tools, and systems like FleetFocus, Oracle, PlanPlus, Coupa, etc. - Automate existing manual reports and processes to improve operational throughput - Interface with business groups throughout Tech Ops to understand organizational needs and design solutions - Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Engineering, business analytics, finance, supply chain - At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data engineering - Deep understanding of data structures, relationships, and productive transformations - Familiarity with all parts of the data ecosystem: acquisition, engineering, storage, management, analysis, visualization, and deployment - Knowledge and application of data visualization best practices - Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) - Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification - Reliable punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Additional Details: This position is offered on local terms and conditions.
