About the Role Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: - Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for both frontend and backend systems. - Identify, document, and validate test scenarios, focusing on functional, regression, and usability aspects. Cross-Platform Testing: - Conduct manual testing across various platforms and devices, including different browsers, smartphones, and tablets. Bug Tracking & Reporting: - Log and document identified issues using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar systems. - Collaborate with developers and senior testers to reproduce and resolve bugs efficiently. Collaboration & Communication: - Work with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements. - Provide transparent, actionable feedback on product functionality and quality to support continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Basic Technical Knowledge: - Fundamental understanding of frontend and backend web technologies. - Familiarity with mobile app concepts (iOS and Android) and basic API testing principles. Testing Fundamentals: - Basic training in manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and usability testing. - Prior exposure to test planning and execution, either through academic projects, internships, or self-study. Technical Tools: - Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar systems.
