About the Role As a Junior Full Stack Developer, youll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced product team. Youll get handson experience working on realworld projects, developing fullstack features, and learning the ins and outs of scalable web application design under the guidance of experienced mentors. Key Responsibilities Work with React.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript to build responsive, accessible frontend components. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Assist in integrating APIs and databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups. Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system architecture and best practices. Contribute to testing, debugging, and documenting your code. Must-Have Skills Deep understanding of React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Familiarity with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and database integration. Handson experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab version control. Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to Docker and container basics. Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud concepts. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks like Playwright or Jest. Soft Skills & Team Culture Curious to learn and grow through feedback and mentorship.
