Technology Lead - .NET Core

As a Technology Lead (.NET Core) at Unity Infotech, your role will be to lead the development of a new payment system for a banking client. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality product within agreed timelines and managing a team of 5 software engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements - Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions - Work with Architects to validate system design - Perform effort estimation - Prepare design documents and architecture diagrams - Break down complex tasks for team execution - Task allocation and work breakdown - Team management and mentoring - Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards - Manage integration and handover to the implementation team - Validate deliverables against requirements - Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery Qualifications: - BE / B.Tech (preferred) - Microsoft Developer Certification (preferred) Experience: - 10+ years in Software Development - Banking domain experience (preferred) Knowledge: - .NET Core, C#, MVC - MS SQL - UML diagrams - Cloud & containerized platforms (preferred) - Angular (preferred) Skills: - Strong communication - Team management Key Traits (Talent): - Solution-oriented mindset - Ability to perform under pressure - Result-driven - Empathy - Customer management (preferred) Unity Infotech is a leading financial technology firm providing core expertise in banking and financial services.
