About the role
Job Profile Understand functional and non-functional requirements, end-user workflows, and technical needs to design and develop test cases for analytical applications in the healthcare domain Develop and maintain automation test scripts for regression testing Perform system integration testing, system testing, automation test execution, and generate test reports Qualification & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing Desired Experience Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, test design, and test execution Experience using test management and defect tracking tools Working knowledge of OOPs programming, C#, and automation tools (preferably Ranorex or Selenium) Experience with version control tools (TFS/SVN) Knowledge of CI/CD practices is an added advantage Familiar with software test processes, methodologies, and working with multi-site global teams Capable of working as an individual contributor Eagerness to learn and thrive in an agile environment Capabilities Good communication skills Self-motivated, quality- and result-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
