About the role
As a Test Automation Engineer in the healthcare domain, your role involves understanding functional and non-functional requirements, end-user workflows, and technical needs to design and develop test cases for analytical applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation test scripts for regression testing. Your tasks will also include performing system integration testing, system testing, automation test execution, and generating test reports. Key Responsibilities: - Understand functional and non-functional requirements for analytical applications - Design and develop test cases based on end-user workflows and technical needs - Develop and maintain automation test scripts for regression testing - Perform system integration testing and system testing - Execute automation tests and generate test reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering or equivalent - 3 to 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing Desired Experience: - Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, test design, and test execution - Experience using test management and defect tracking tools - Working knowledge of OOPs programming, C#, and automation tools (preferably Ranorex or Selenium) - Experience with version control tools (TFS/SVN) - Knowledge of CI/CD practices is an added advantage - Familiarity with software test processes, methodologies, and working with multi-site global teams - Ability to work as an individual contributor - Eagerness to learn and thrive in an agile environment Additional Company Details: This position requires good communication skills, self-motivation, quality- and result-oriented mindset, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
