Enrollment/ Business Operations Student Assistant

Classification Title: OPS Student Assistant Classification Minimum Requirements: Salesforce Administration, Java, Flow or APEX experience Job Description: System administration of the Salesforce environments Sandbox and development environment setup, maintenance, and testing. Scope requirements, design and build solutions for enrollment and business operations. Collaborate with functional areas to determine needs and use cases for business processes and automation. Support reporting and data management within Salesforce environment. Troubleshoot reporting, account issues, automation, and system functionality. Collaborate with other Salesforce system administrators, architects, and manager to maintain the entire Salesforce ecosystem crossing all functionality and Center wide operations.
