Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy & Ownership: - Lead the roadmap and delivery of advisory products across equities, F&O, commodities & mutual funds with a dedicated team. - Prioritize experiences that align with business goals and deliver real user outcomes. - Data and Feedback Driven Product Development: - Translate real trading insights & strategies into intuitive product experiences. - Monitor and optimize performance metrics throughout the advisory funnel, focusing on conversion, adoption, and retention. - Conduct structured experiments to enhance execution success, increase repeat usage, and drive paid conversions. - Collaborate with research teams and utilize data to boost product adoption. - Establish effective user feedback loops, particularly with active traders. - Cross-Functional Leadership: - Collaborate with various teams including Product, Business, Design, Engineering, CRM, Compliance, and CX to achieve high-quality business outcomes. Qualifications: - 8+ years of product experience in fast-paced startups, overseeing multiple product lines. - Demonstrated ability to launch new products (0-1) and scale existing ones (1-n) while achieving significant business outcomes. - Analytical mindset focused on user outcomes and key metrics. - Profound understanding of trader psychology as an active options trader. - Experience in leading and mentoring Product Managers, fostering a culture of high-ownership execution. Good to Have: - Previous involvement in the development of trading products. - Familiarity with SEBI compliances. - Experience with subscription-based products. - Exposure to investment advisory services.
