Job Responsibilities Provide customers with timely and effective technical support via email, phone, or ticketing system. Must be able to communicate with programmers. Handling client inquiries and providing technical support. Analyze software issues reported by customers, identify root causes, and create solutions or workarounds. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve software issues. Database maintenance. Test new software updates and provide feedback so that we can improve. Report software bugs to the development team and keep track of their resolution status. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to ensure a clear understanding of issues and progress. Gather customer feedback on software usability, performance, and features and send it to the appropriate teams. Provide customers with training and guidance on how to effectively use software features. Create and promote strong, long-term relationships with clients. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in technical support, preferably in the software industry. Freshers can also apply. Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and managers. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software. Excellent understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Software training will be provided, but it is necessary to have good grasping and explaining skills.
