Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at our Europe headquartered AI-Powered process automation pioneer, you will play a crucial role in understanding customers' processes and providing effective solutions from our product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in pre-sales meetings to grasp customer needs - Writing functional specifications at both high level and detailed levels - Taking ownership of the implementation of digital employees - Identifying bottlenecks using techniques such as lean or design thinking and proposing enhancements - Conducting workshops and training sessions for customers and partners - Effectively communicating expectations between clients and the team, and raising alarms if needed - Advocating for new technologies/strategies within projects/products - Assisting software personnel with project-related tasks - Collaborating closely with team members, Project Managers, and clients to ensure all requirements are met In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent business understanding across multiple domains - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Proficiency in modelling (UML or similar) - Hands-on experience with process flow tools like Visio - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with project management techniques and computing systems - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies - Lean/Six Sigma certification would be advantageous - Proactive and innovative mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Join our dynamic team and contribute to reshaping business goals and performance through efficient automation solutions.
