As a VP (IT Technology- Website), your role will involve overseeing the company's website and managing initiatives for optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling the development of new webpages and changes to website design and infrastructure - Working with various stakeholders to define objectives for impactful execution - Developing and maintaining web development processes and standards - Proposing, evaluating, and implementing innovative solutions and ideas - Creating a detailed technical tasks list and providing guidance to the team - Ensuring timely delivery of project requirements within budget and meeting quality objectives Candidate Profile: To excel in this role, you need to have: - 6 to 9 years of experience as a website developer - Experience in team management - Good understanding of banking business processes - Proficiency in PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular 8 or above - Knowledge of RDMS - Hands-on experience in Javascript - Strong communication skills If you are looking to work for a successfully established company that believes in giving back to society, then look no further.
