Tech (EE/ECE) Experience Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design, preferably within the automotive domain Working Address Unit 57-60, Ground Floor, JMD Megapolis, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana Working Time Flexibility from 08:30AM to 09:30AM, Total: 9.5 hours 5 Days a week Role Description: The candidate will play a pivotal role in the research and development of embedded hardware solutions for automotive infotainment systems. working closely with cross-functional teams and under the guidance of Japanese Experts, the candidate will contribute to the creation of innovative products. Ket responsibilities include the design, development and testing of infotainment hardware ensuring full compliance with automotive standards and industry best practices. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated project, overseeing all stages from concept design through to production readiness. Job Responsibilities Hardware Design Design develop embedded hardware for automotive infotainment systems based on project specific architecture, responsibilities include Schematic design (Altium designer), Component selection, Design calculations and BOM creation Management Mixed Signal Circuit Design and simulation of radio communication, DC-DC Switchers, TFT Backlight driver, Vehicle interface I/Os Protection circuits as per automotive standard requirements Heat Dissipation Calculation and recommend thermal management solutions to ensure reliability in automotive environment SI, PI, EMI/EMC Compliant design based on standards such as CISPR25, ISO11452 Power budget calculation optimization to achieve low power consumption Design Review Documentations High speed PCB layout review (8-10 Layers) and component placement review in Altium designer including EMI/EMC, ESD, Surge, Transients compliance and RF design review. Creation of detailed hardware design documentation, test plan procedures Development Testing Build the HW board prototypes, bring-up, iterate designs based on test results, functional/non-functional testing while ensuring reliability and performance of the infotainment systems Issue debugging, troubleshooting and countermeasures testing of existing infotainment systems with QA Validation Team Collaboration Work closely with firmware software developers, Mechanical design and development team to desi Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
