About the role
Role: Hardware Design Engineer, Experience Criteria: 4 -10 years. (from Automotive Industries) Location: Chakan, Pune Alternate Saturdays working. Develop and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and technical specifications. Conduct hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation of prototypes. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development, testing, and production stages. Work with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Design and develop analog and digital hardware circuits for embedded systems/products. Perform schematic design and PCB layout using tools like Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, or Eagle. Ensure compliance with industry standards (EMI/EMC, safety, regulatory). Support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) activities. Evaluate and select appropriate components and vendors. Participate in product lifecycle management, from concept to production
