Title: Azure Solutions Architect Role: Full Time, Hybrid Location: Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Solutions Architect with expertise in cloud solution design, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft AZ-305 certification, demonstrating proficiency in designing and architecting Azure-based solutions that meet business requirements. A strong database design and development background in Microsoft technology is essential. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Design Architect, design, and implement Azure cloud solutions aligned with business needs Develop and maintain highly scalable, available, and secure cloud-based applications Optimize cost, performance, and security in Azure environments Database & Development Leadership Lead database design and development using Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server Design and implement database solutions across Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and other Microsoft database technologies Collaboration & Strategy Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions Conduct technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations Drive Azure adoption across the organization Compliance & Best Practices Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards Maintain governance frameworks for cloud infrastructure Required Skills & Qualifications Certifications & Experience Microsoft AZ-305 Certified (Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions) - Mandatory Proven experience in Azure Architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS implementations Technical Expertise Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft database technologies: SQL Server Azure SQL Database Cosmos DB Other Azure data services Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and governance principles Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation Problem-Solving & Leadership Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve complex cloud-related issues Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior architects Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies with strong leadership capabilities.
