DevOps Manager

The Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Team Lead (AM Level ) to join our team. This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, managing project deliveries, and driving technical innovation across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and release management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment . Location : Gurgaon Position Typ e: Full-Time Experienc e: 7- 10 years Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Deployed as a solution architect in individual capacity Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions. Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including solutioning, provisioning, monitoring, and scaling environments. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. Drive automation across deployments, monitoring, testing, and configuration management. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management. Ensure best practices in DevOps, SRE, and cloud security are followed across the team. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve the DevOps ecosystem . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6–10 years of overall DevOps & Cloud experience with 3+ years in a DevOps role. Proven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps). Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation. Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience with FinTech/Healthcare/Enterprise SaaS (customize based on your domain). Familiarity with security and compliance practices (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001). Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Solutions Architect track .
