About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Team Lead (AM Level ) to join our team. This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, managing project deliveries, and driving technical innovation across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and release management. Position Typ e: Full-Time Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions. Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including solutioning, provisioning, monitoring, and scaling environments. Drive automation across deployments, monitoring, testing, and configuration management. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management. Ensure best practices in DevOps, SRE, and cloud security are followed across the team. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve the DevOps ecosystem . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 610 years of overall DevOps & Cloud experience with 3+ years in a DevOps role.Proven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams.Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar).Experience with FinTech/Healthcare/Enterprise SaaS (customize based on your domain).
