About the role
As a MIS & Automation Specialist, your role will involve improving operational efficiency through process automation, process improvement, and product coordination efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining centralized master databases, designing and implementing automation solutions, leading process improvement initiatives, and coordinating product development tasks. Key Responsibilities: - MIS: - Build and maintain centralized "Master Databases" for program dashboards. - Ensure zero-error data integrity across academic cycles. - Process Automation: - Identify key business processes for automation. - Develop automation workflows using tools like Power Automate and Google Apps script. - Collaborate with teams to streamline manual workflows. - Monitor and optimize automated processes for efficiency. - Train teams on new automation tools. - Process Improvement: - Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. - Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. - Implement improvement plans based on relevant methodologies. - Develop documentation for improved processes. - Product Coordination: - Act as a liaison between different teams for seamless product development. - Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of product-related tasks. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). - Experience: - 1+ years in process automation, process improvement, or product coordination. - Strong project management skills. - 3+ years experience in Excel & Google Sheets. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in automation tools like Excel, Power Automate, Google Apps script, etc. - Familiarity with product management tools and techniques. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Experience with product lifecycle management.
