As an Associate Product Manager at Upivot, you will be responsible for owning the Interview Prep productan AI-native platform designed to help Product Managers excel in their interviews. You will play a crucial role in developing features such as mock interviews, question banks, AI-powered feedback, personalized learning paths, and performance analytics. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, content) to deliver high-quality experiences and drive impactful career transformations through innovative product education. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of features related to interview prep - Drive cross-functional teams to ship high-quality experiences with minimal oversight - Translate feedback and improvement suggestions into concrete experiments and product enhancements - Manage backlogs, write detailed user stories, and ensure smooth sprint execution - Collaborate with data science/ML teams to define model requirements, evaluation criteria, and feedback loops for AI features - Design guardrails and quality checks to ensure AI-generated feedback is accurate, helpful, and fair - Build dashboards and analyze quantitative data to uncover usage patterns and bottlenecks - Conduct A/B tests on feature variations, content formats, and AI feedback styles to optimize outcomes - Generate qualitative insights through user interviews, surveys, and session recordings Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of product management experience or relevant experience in analytics, design, or tech roles with strong product thinking - Genuine interest in understanding PM interview challenges and building experiences that help people succeed - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, analytics tools, and using data to drive decisions - Understanding of how software products are built, with basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts - Experience in EdTech, career services, or assessment platforms - Prior exposure to AI/ML product development or LLM-based products - Background in product management education/training or coaching - Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics - Experience running user research and usability tests Please note that Upivot offers a complete remote culture, allowing you to work from home.
