Assistant Vice President-Investor Services Business Intelligence and MIS Analyst

As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you have the opportunity to join Citi's team in a Development & MIS role. Your expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Python, ETL, Excel VBA, Data Modeling, Generative AI, LLMs, Citi stylus, and SharePoint will be crucial for this role. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the data infrastructure, creating insightful reports and visualizations, and utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to drive data-informed decision-making within the organization. Your solid understanding of industry trends, particularly within Services/Investor Services, is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage the production of periodic Dashboards, ad-hoc management reports, and Audit Reports. - Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and ensure data integrity is maintained. - Manage expectations of management, articulate clearly, and answer queries effectively. - Understand business issues and data challenges, suggesting areas of improvement. - Strong analytical and management skills required, translating business needs into operational requirements. - Background in data warehouse design and data modeling techniques. - Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and build partnerships with stakeholders. - Work with minimal supervision, strong communication skills, and handle confidential information sensitively. - Build AI Agents for process improvement and efficiencies. - Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs. - Develop prompt engineering strategies and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense for Business Intelligence & Visualization. - Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation. - Solid understanding of database management principles and experience with data modeling. - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing ETL processes. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel including VBA. Desired Skills: - Experience or familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools. - Knowledge of or experience with Citi Stylus. - Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint for site management and collaboration. - Experience in financial services, Investor Services, Custody Services preferred. Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
