Role Overview: You will join Criteo as a Data Analyst within the Analytics team, where you will be responsible for translating business requests into data problems and finding efficient solutions using tools such as SQL, Excel, Hive, Python, and more. This role will involve collaborating with analyst teams across different Criteo locations to address business challenges and perform technically rigorous tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of Criteo's technology, products, and market position. - Provide actionable insights and best practices to solve operational issues and identify opportunities for scaling analysis and tools. - Utilize Python and SQL to address commercial requests. - Maintain and enhance reports/tools in Tableau, Python, and other data tools. - Conduct back-office ad-hoc analysis, problem-solving, and Root Cause Analysis. - Automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency and reduce delivery times. - Collaborate with teams in other countries to support their analytical needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative/business field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, etc.). - Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a business/data analytics role, preferably in consulting, product-tech, retail, or e-commerce. - Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in SQL, basic Python, and data visualization. - Business acumen and client engagement skills to provide actionable insights. - Experience with Excel, Tableau, Hive/Hadoop, Vertica, Git/Gerrit is a plus. - Knowledge in agency or digital marketing is beneficial.
