Role Overview: You will be working as a Product Designer (UX/UI) for BtG, helping to design intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences for their AI-powered QA automation platform. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, engineers, and leadership to simplify complex workflows and create delightful experiences for developers, QA engineers, and product teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end user experiences for a B2B SaaS platform, from concept to final UI. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Simplify complex workflows such as test automation, reporting, and debugging. - Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback. - Design data-heavy interfaces including dashboards, logs, and analytics views. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. - Strong experience in designing B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or internal tools. - Proven ability to handle complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces. - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles. - Experience working closely with engineering teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing case studies with a problem-solving approach (not just UI screens).
