Python Specialist

Job Description: You will be responsible for owning specific modules within an application, providing technical support and guidance for new requirements, resolving critical/complex issues, and ensuring maintainable, scalable, and supportable code. Additionally, you will present software product demos, investigate and fix bugs, bring continuous improvements through innovative techniques, and lead technical design reviews. You will collaborate with internal customers/partners and contribute to enhancing software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python with a mandatory 5+ years of experience. - Build and enhance web applications using Django and Flask frameworks. - Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services. - Work extensively with MySQL, including query optimization, schema design, and data handling. - Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and product managers for end-to-end solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions. - Ensure application security, scalability, and performance. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development (mandatory). - Strong working knowledge of Django and Flask frameworks. - Proficiency in MySQL with experience in complex queries and database design. - Experience with API development, microservices, and server-side logic. - Good understanding of OOP, MVC, and software development patterns. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus. - Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or Linux environments is an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
