Job Description: You will play a key role in improving how supply chain decisions are made by applying industrial engineering, process analysis, and systems thinking to complex operational challenges. You will work closely with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and IT/data platform teams to identify process gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Initially, your focus will be on defining, maintaining, and governing Supply Chain Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across planning, execution, and reporting processes. As you progress, you will broaden your scope to include supply chain process optimization and decision support, scenario analysis, and evaluation of trade-offs related to inventory, sourcing, capacity, and network design. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong partnerships with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and IT/data platform stakeholders to support high-quality master data and process outcomes. - Analyze supply chain master data and related processes across upstream and downstream workflows to identify defects and inefficiencies. - Perform process analysis and root-cause investigations in key domains such as items, suppliers, bills of materials, routings, lead times, and locations. - Apply industrial engineering and statistical techniques to improve the reliability of planning inputs. - Use operations research and process optimization methods to test planning assumptions and system parameters. - Design and support scalable monitoring and data quality checks for governance and continuous improvement efforts. - Communicate insights, findings, and recommended actions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Translate analytical results into practical, sustainable improvements in supply chain planning and execution processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business, or a related field. - Experience applying analytical, process improvement, or industrial engineering methods in operational environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems. - Comfort working independently in ambiguous situations. - Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements. If you are ready for a new challenge and wish to be part of a global community committed to innovation, integrity, and sustainability, do not hesitate to apply for this opportunity today.
