About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining the AI Services team as a Staff Machine Learning Software Engineer at ServiceNow's client. Your primary responsibility will be to build solutions around Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency. You will be pivotal in developing and maintaining tools and services that allow customers to create, test, and deploy custom skills and prompts. Your role will also involve ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow products and external LLM providers like Gemini, Azure, and AWS. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Python and/or Go Lang based applications focusing on efficiency and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Cloud solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. - Utilize object-oriented programming languages to enhance application functionality. - Address new challenges promptly and find effective solutions. - Craft, test, and optimize prompts for task accuracy and efficiency. - Build, maintain, and improve Distributed Systems. - Experience with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems, Private Branch Exchange (PBX) configurations, and telecommunications tools is advantageous. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making. - Hands-on Python development experience with strong problem-solving skills. - Understanding of Cloud technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Proficiency in CI/CD, Cloud & Infrastructure tooling. - Knowledge in at least one additional programming language like Go lang, JavaScript, or AngularJS. - Ability to adapt quickly and tackle new challenges in an agile manner.
